I was trying to come up with some bright cheery subject this morning to counteract the miserable news of the financial world and the anticipation of people suffering when I read the following URL and became very upset.

A  young couple took their lives because they could see no way way out.  The man had lost his job, and subsequently his house and a day after his 38th birthday, he and his wife snuffed their lives away.  It really hit me hard and I think it will not be an isolated case in this country.

The reason for all of this mess is manyfold, but essentially it is Darwinian.  I sum it up with my own quote:

“Even the dumbest of parasites draws only enough blood as to keep their host alive”

Young and greedy investment bank and mortgage company executives couldn’t understand that Darwinian fact and we must now go through destructive reconstruction to survive.
I, myself am not invulnerable to this ravaging and the near future will tell my own fate as well. I have instituted a lawsuit against National City Mortgage, a subsidiary of National City Bank and it’s agents for fraud. We will see if justice prevails.

It’s not just about people taking loans they couldn’t afford, it’s about fraudulent banking practices by banks lending money in ratios to 40 to 1 to their capital instead of 12 to 1 that is traditionally done. It’s about brokers that defrauded people that didn’t need to have ARM’s and were qualified for 30-Year mortgages but were duped in order for the broker to get a higher commission.

The banks run this country of credit and the creation of the Federal Reserve laid the groundwork for the system of capitalism to implode on itself in a regular cycle as the greed of the moneylender allows the ability of the masses to be able to get those loans and the combination produces a critical mass. When the keys arrive in the mail the bank is in trouble. They could have handled this over 2 years ago, but they have allowed this crisis to escalate to squeeze as much money out of everyone before they have to renegotiate the loans. So, a campaign for the people who are paying their mortgages begins, and the public rails against so-called “bailouts” for 6% of all loans that are in danger of foreclosure, while the banks get 850 Billion dollars to shore up their losses and then horde it by placing the bailout money in 3-month T-Bills to gain interest instead of making or modifying loans. When the house down the street is foreclosed upon and there are no buyers, then the public will cry out again that their home values are being driven down. Do you really think the bank gives a shit about your home values? Do you care about General Motors being given a bailout with your money along with all the other banks? We the people on Main Street are being hosed while those who caused the problems are getting bailed out. Do you see the problem yet?

Has it occurred to you, that you really don’t count unless you have the means to sue the shit of those who would do you harm?

If you’re safe and secure- God Bless You! Have a Happy Thanksgiving and really do give thanks this year because down the street it’s not so happy and getting worse and they can’t fight for their lives for whatever reasons. It could have and could be you at some point, so watch where you point your finger.

I can point directly to my problem and woe be to my banker and their agents when I get done.
